1.5 hours dedicated to the authentic flavors of Sardinia with a guided tasting of three single-varietal wines (one white and two reds) paired with some delicious cured meat and cheeses.
Sardinia is one of Italy’s most fascinating wine regions, characterized by a wide variety of soils and microclimates that deeply influence the wines produced on the island since ancient times.
During this tasting journey, we will take you on an imaginary trip through the various Sardinian terroirs, explaining the characteristics that determine the character and uniqueness of each grape variety. All our wines come from small and medium-sized wineries of excellence, selected for us by our sommeliers who will be happy to answer any of your wine-related questions.
You will be able to taste both well-known wines, such as the fresh and aromatic Vermentino di Gallura and the intense and fruity Carignano, as well as more niche products reserved for connoisseurs. Each wine will be paired with cheeses and cured meats from the best local producers, carefully selected to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of both products.
